About USSA’s National Student Power Summit
For 70 years the United States Student Association has been training leaders to dismantle systems of oppression in higher education through a framework of education justice! In a time where racism, sexism, homophobia and xenophobia are more prevalent than ever, now is the time to Educate, Agitate, Organize and RESIST. We invite you to join us for our Annual National Student Power Summit!
At the National Student Power Summit, students from across the country will come together to attend workshops, develop grassroots organizing skills, develop a long-term strategy to respond to the current political moment, lobby federal elected representatives, participate in direct action in historic downtown Washington, DC, and build relationships.
The National Student Power Summit will take place on March 31- April 3 at American University. Students will gather for programming Friday, March 31 through Sunday, April 2. On Monday, April 3 students will participate in a National Student Lobby and Action Day
