The University of California, Riverside resides in inland southern California with a student population of over 21,000 students. Established in 1954 it is one of the most diverse campuses in the country and is recognized as a Hispanic-Serving Institution.
The student body is self-organized as the Associated Student of University of California, Riverside (ASUCR). ASUCR works to improve student life, advocate for student interests and fight for college access/affordability. USSA campaigns are run out of the Office of External Affairs.
